Delivery fees are based on weight.

Posting an item is never truly zero waste, but we try our very best to reduce waste as much as we can by:

1. Reusing packaging where possible, we ask you to do the same when our packaging reaches you.

2. We use compostable packing tape.

3. Stuffing when required is reused.

4. We use the smallest possible parcel we can for your delivery without compromising the protection of your purchase.

5. We don't print order sheets in each parcel, these will be emailed to you.

No. Unfortunately not. When an item is back in stock it will show on the item.

Yes we do. We opened our physical shop in Aug of 2020. We are based on Barden Road in Tonbridge, Kent. You can find us behind Tonbridge train station, currently we are hiding under scaffolding.

You can order refills via email for collection but currently we dont have the system in place to have these delivered. If you have any questions please get in touch.
