We try our very best to get all our orders out as soon as we possibly can.
Order before 1pm Wednesday to Saturday and your order will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed Sunday to Tuesday will be dispatched on Wednesday.

ROYAL MAIL 2nd CLASS SIGNED FOR (3-5 working days from dispatch) - £4.10
STANDARD - NOT TRACKED (3-5 working days from dispatch) - £2.50 - £3.10
CLICK AND COLLECT (1-2 working days) - TONBRIDGE

RETURN POLICY
Have an issue with your order? Just message us here within 24hours of receiving your order so we can help.

Orders that have been returned by the courier because they haven’t been collected, refused or have an incorrect address, once returned to us will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
Only certain items are eligible for refund up to 28 days from when the order was placed.
Due to the nature of our products there are many that we are unable to accept back due to hygiene reasons, so please contact us before you send products back.
