Gloriously sweet apricots nestled in a light all-butter flaky pastry

 

Cooking Instructions

Spread out on a baking tray and leave to thaw for 2 hours at room temperature. Bake at 190ºC/375ºF/Gas Mark 5 for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
