At Zilch, great customer service is at the heart of everything we do — and we believe it works both ways! We love getting to know our customers when you pop in for a shop, whether that’s through a quick chat or a proper catch-up at the counter.
Because community means so much to us, we think it’s only right that you get to know a little about us too. Below, you’ll meet the lovely people who make Zilch what it is, along with a few details about each of us.
Founder & CEO
Emma-Louise
Emma-Louise worked as a dental nurse for over 20 years, with a special interest in implant and surgical procedures. Earlier roles as a barmaid and waitress also helped shape her strong customer service skills. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and crafting, including making macramé pieces sold in the shop.
Partner & Bookeeper
Lee
Lee currently works full time at GANT. In addition to his role there, he spends his evenings ensuring Zilch’s accounts are up to date, helping to keep the business running smoothly and financially secure. In his spare time Lee enjoys a wide variety of sports including coaching his sons football team.
Retail Assistant
Lisa
Lisa works part-time at Zilch while she studies to gain her degree in Nutritional Therapy. Lisa enjoys spending time with her two children and reading in her spare time

Willem
Willem is in full time education and works at Zilch on Saturdays. In his spare time he plays for a local football team and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Resident Pest
Albus
Albus is our family pet who occasionally spends the day with us at the shop. He loves shouting at people and he hates getting wet.
